Our roll manufacturing facility has an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons, including more than 4,000 tons exported worldwide each year. The plant employs 215 workers and 45 technicians, and is equipped with advanced production and testing equipment, including MF and IF induction furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, and CNC-controlled finishing machines. Chemical composition is precisely tested using ELTRA carbon & sulfur analyzers and ARL direct-reading spectrometers. In addition, we utilize advanced ZEISS electronic microscopes for microstructure analysis. Product quality is further ensured through ultrasonic flaw detection and a comprehensive quality control system. Our manufacturing processes and inspection standards comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
